Ordering:

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, USING THE SHOPPING CART, WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS THROUGH EMAIL.

Payment emails/invoices and notifications will automatically be sent to you upon submission. Email clients such as Hotmail and AOL tend to send these to your spam/junk folder, so we advise adding our email addresses to your contacts list to avoid this from happening.

Order Status’s:

”Awaiting bank wire payment” – Order has been placed, awaiting payment.

”Preparation in Progress / Payment Accepted” – Payment has been received by us. Your order is being prepared and will be shipped as soon as possible.

”Shipped” – Order has been shipped.

Upon ordering and receiving payment details, you have 48 HOURS to complete your payment submission, past this point your order will no longer be valid.

Shipping/Delivery:

EU BASED SUPPLIER!

All orders are shipped from within the EU! We are open 7 days a week, but we only ship orders between Monday to Friday (working days).

We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.

The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages. Shipments are made from various shipping points in different European countries.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 72 HOURS (WEEKDAYS) OF PAYMENT MADE!
We cannot be held accountable if incorrect or insufficient shipping information was provided. Be sure there are no Typing errors. Once your order is confirmed you CAN NOT change or request for it to be shipped to a different address.

We ship to ALL international destinations and provide all international orders with tracking numbers. 

Depending on your location you can expect to receive your order anywhere between 1-12 working days. Below is an estimate of how long you will wait once your order has been shipped (excluding busy holiday periods):

UK: 2-5 days sometimes plus 1-3 days.

Western Europe: 2-5 working days
Eastern Europe: 3-5 working days
USA East Coast: 4-9 working days
USA West Coast: 5-12 working days
South America: 7-10 working days

Keep in mind that there are a couple of possible situations that can occur with your order to cause possible delivery delays. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in the country of origin, then exportation, as well as shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal service in the destination country. Each successive step has an impact on the delivery time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any single step is enough to extend delivery time over the usual and allotted time frame.

We DO NOT under any circumstances take responsibility for Customs seizures! We also do not take any responsibility for delivery’s damaged, delayed or lost by international postal services.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YET! YOUR ORDER STATUS WILL BE UPDATED TO ”SHIPPED” ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. AFTER THIS POINT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER!

Reship Policy


In the rare event an order is detained or confiscated by foreign customs, and a track/trace or signed facility has been used we will work with you to remedy the situation.
You must) produce a seizure notice  within 28 days of the date of seizure letter/notice and from the country it was seized in and  provide an alternative shipping address.

In this instance we will resend the items once  if we receive the seizure notice  also 50% of the cost of your order and shipping charge’s.

In cases of missing orders if a track/trace or signed for facility has been used, if the courier has been found to  have lost the parcel, we will resend your order if  we receive 50% of the cost of your order and shipping charges.

We will not reship should the parcel have been signed for or delivered or gone missing at your address, or been signed for by person or persons other than the customer.

 

Payment:

PAYMENT SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS!
Do not place an order unless you intend to complete payment within 48 hours.
Once you have received payment instructions you will have 48 hours to complete your payment. If the order remains unpaid after 48 hours we may cancel your order at any time. If this happens then you will need to reorder, at which point there is a possibility that not all of the products you had originally ordered are still in stock.
We are very lenient with this 48 hour rule, if you feel you might need extra time to complete your payment then you can simply contact us asking for extra time and we will grant you an extra 48 hours.
